Little Koala (18 months - 3 years)This is our parent participation program that offers the opportunity for you to be active with your little gymnast. In our Kola class your child will be introduced to the beginning basics of gymnastics and a wide range of motor skills for early development. Each class our coaches will guide you and your child through our creative circuits, trampoline, balance beam bars and other gross motor activities that are implemented into the program in a fun and safe environment.
Love Bug (3 years - 6 years)In our Love Bug classes we will continue to work on gross motor coordination through the use of gymnastics equipment and skills. Your little one will start learning and understanding the metrics of handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, trampoline activities and much more.
Tumbleweeds (6 years - 9 years)Every class begins with a warm-up and stretch followed by rotation events on floor, bars, vault and beam. Each event will have a set of drills for skill development. Bridges with one leg, releve walks on beam, kick over on bars and straight jumps on vault are just a few skills gymnast will learn.
Shooting Stars (9 years - 17 years)This class is for gymnasts who have completed Tumbleweed and or successful demonstration of all skills required. More advanced skills will be introduced such as round offs, back bend kick overs, back hip circles and turns on beams while still building strength and flexibility.
Rough and Tumble ProgramThis program is an entry level boys class that is inspired by gymnastics and obstacle course training. Here we offer this program with the purpose of building students confidence, discipline, focused energy and skill. This includes tumbling, agility work, hand eye coordination, strength building, and so much more.

Evaluation Programs
The Intermediate and Advanced classes are for students, ages that have mastered their current level and are ready for the next set of exciting challenges.
Advanced Love BugsGymnasts who have been evaluated for successful demonstration of all the skills listed in beginner love bug. This class will introduce more advance skills such as bridge kick overs on floor and kick overs unassisted on bars while focusing on building strength and flexibility.
Rec Team (9 years and up)Rec team is designed for gymnast who would like to keep working on developing their skills but do not want to be a competitive level gymnast. Gymnasts will continue gaining necessary strength and flexibility while combining skills.
Advanced TumblingThis class is for our more experienced students. Interested students must be able to perform a roundoff back handspring unassisted or and a standing back handspring.

Invite Only
This track is designed for those gymnasts that show increased interest in the sport, and who demonstrate the necessary skills and strength. Gymnasts in these classes work towards potential future consideration for our team program. **For information regarding compulsory and optional programs please contact Nicole
CompulsoryBeginning in level 3-5, where gymnasts begin competing in local competitions throughout Northern California. At this level, gymnasts will begin to learn and experience what competitive gymnastics is about. Practice hours will significantly increase and year-round training is mandatory. Gymnasts will participate in competitive meets receiving qualifying scores and meeting necessary skill requirements.
OptionalsLevels 6-10 Optional team must exhibit advanced strength, flexibility and a strong
desire to continue developing their skills. Gymnasts participates in sanctioned meets up to State, Regional and Western National Championships. If an athlete desires to compete in college, this program is the right one. Although there is no certainty for advancing to level 10. |
