I also worked locally as a personal trainer and fitness instructor until becoming pregnant with my first and relocating to Southern California for my husbands job. I now have four children, work from home as an online fitness coach, and am beyond excited to be building an All-Star Cheer program at RGA.

Coach Amanda Head Cheer Coach/Gym Manager
I tried many different sports when I was younger, gymnastics being my favorite. That lead me to find cheerleading where I fell in love. I've either participated, competed, or coached just about every kind of cheerleading you can think of including sideline, all-star, and STUNT. I cheered all 4 years at Yuba City High School then went on to cheer at Sierra College. I have also competed with a few different all-star gyms over the years and even made it to Worlds in 2021. Working with kids has always been fun for me and something I look forward to every day here at Riley's. I started coaching when I was in High School and have been fortunate to have coached at a few different organizations including Jr. Honkers, Lincoln High school, and UCA where I coached at a professional level. I have been with RGA for 5 years now and happy to say I found my home.

Coach Elaina Front Desk/Lead Coach
My name is Elaina Cook. My gymnastics journey began as a recreational gymnast. Growing up I was a lover of sports and participated in many of them. The discipline of gymnastics has always been my passion. After graduation from Chico State with my BA in Kinesiology combined with a teaching credential, I got the opportunity and privilege of being further trained by Olympic Medalist Guard Young.
This has since launched my gymnastics coaching career for the last 14 years. I have coached abroad in Okinawa, Japan as well as southern California, and for the last 2 plus years, I have been under the fabulous Nicole Riley.
I believe my career is an opportunity to not only coach gymnastics but also instill discipline, hard work ethic, self-esteem, confidence, and over all physical and mental growth.

I have coached gymnastics for a year, and I grew to love being a coach to people who want to learn gymnastics because it's not an easy sport to do. What I can say is this job as a coach is to be patient and to keep a positive attitude.

Coach Josie Jr. Coach/Lead Instructor
Hi! My name is Josie Parker and I am 17 years old. I am currently attending Sutter Union High School as a senior, and in the future, I plan on getting my bachelor's in nursing to become a registered nurse. I started gymnastics at the ripe age of 1 years old and grew to love the sport in every way. I then competed for 7 years until I was 12 years old. I now do equestrian vaulting (gymnastics and dance on horseback). I am currently trying to qualify to be on Team USA for the 2025 world championships. Outside of school and vaulting I have a strong passion fo0r riding horses and showing my cattle around the country. You may have seen me riding my horse with the American flag at a Sutter football game before!! I have coached gymnastics for 4 years and I love every second of it. It has taught me how to manage m6 time, be patient, keep a positive attitude, and stay responsible.
